NFL MNF Bears vs Vikings Same Game Parlay at +1147 odds
This week’s edition of Monday Night Football takes us to Minnesota for a battle between the Passtronaut and Justin Fields. The Vikings and Bears both suffered heart-wrenching defeats in Week 11, and no team wants to continue a losing streak, so Monday night is an important Game for both sides. I’ve crafted a Same Game Parlay for this primetime matchup that pays out at over 11/1 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.
Vikings -6.5 (+164)
Josh Dobbs 200+ passing yards (-270)
Justin Fields to score a touchdown (+180)
Same Game Parlay odds: +1147
Minnesota Vikings -6.5 (+164) over Chicago Bears
Last week, Justin Fields nearly led the Bears to a win in his first Game back. However, in classic Bears fashion, they blew a massive lead and allowed a safety to end the Game. As for Fields, he did a little bit of everything in the loss. He threw for 169 yards and a touchdown while also rushing 18 times for 104 yards. His dual-threat abilities were on full display, and although he can be very dangerous to face, his lackluster defense will be his biggest enemy. Plus, last week was the first time in weeks that the Chicago defense had any sort of challenge. Before Week 11, Chicago’s past few opponents were the Panthers, Saints, Chargers (the outlier) and Raiders with Brian Hoyer. And against the Chargers, they allowed 30 points.
Josh Dobbs suffered his first loss as a member of the Vikings last week. Minnesota held a 5-point lead with 3 minutes to go in the Game, but an impressive drive by Russell Wilson and the Broncos finished with a Courtland Sutton touchdown to win the Game. However, I’m not reading too much into the loss. Alexander Mattison and Ty Chandler were both fantastic on the ground and Dobbs was finding his receivers open throughout the Game, but 2 fumbles lost and an interception became Minnesota’s downfall. Week 12 offers an excellent chance to bounce back for the Vikings at home, so I’m backing them to win by at least a touchdown.

Josh Dobbs 200+ passing yards (-270)
I’m keeping it simple with this leg of the parlay. In 2 starts with the Vikings, Dobbs has thrown for 268 and 221 yards. For context, those two starts were against the Broncos in Denver and a solid Saints defense at home. Dobbs’ 3rd start for the Vikings will come against a poor Chicago defense in Minnesota. This week’s matchup is by far the easiest for Dobbs, so asking him to pass for 200 yards seems incredibly likely. The Bears’ defense has allowed 245.9 passing yards per game this season, which is the 7th most in the NFL. Minnesota is more than likely going to attack Chicago through the air throughout the game, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see Dobbs around 150 passing yards by halftime.
Justin Fields to score a touchdown (+180)
Last season, Fields had 8 rushing touchdowns. This year, Fields had 1 in 6 Games before getting hurt. However, that doesn’t mean he’s rushing any less. In his first week back last Sunday, Fields took off nearly 20 times for over 100 yards. That marked the 3rd time this season he’s run at least 10 times this season, but last week’s 18 carries tied a career high. To me, that signals his thumb could still be bothering him and he’s not 100% to throw. Instead, he’s opting to use his legs more and more. I wouldn’t be surprised if Fields took off 13-17 times against the Vikings, especially since the Minnesota secondary has improved a lot since last season. Of his dozen or so rushing attempts on Monday Night Football, one of them should be for a score.
